It's 2025, and Sill is moving closer and closer to 1.0! This is the last major release before 1.0. I'm excited to release a slew of new features today: custom notifications, trending, and an official documentation site!
It’s been another great week! Another 500+ users have signed up since the last beta update, and Sill is well on its way to a 1.0 release in the new year.
Today, I’m releasing a set of much-requested features that I’m really excited about, including RSS feeds, a dense layout option, and some navigation redesign. Let’s dig in!
It's been an incredible week since Sill launched in public beta. Sill has nearly 4,000 users now, and Sill has been mentioned in Nieman Lab, The Verge, TechCrunch, Waxy.org, The Changelog, Lifehacker and a lot more, especially natively on Bluesky and Mastodon. Thank you all for giving Sill a try and telling your friends!
Today, Sill is live on Product Hunt! If you're a Product Hunt user, I'd love your support over there.
To kick off this week, I'm excited to announce some much-requested features are launching as the next phase of the beta process, including lists, permalinks for individual links, some redesigned navigation, and more.
